PCI2050B: Pin compatibility of ZWT Package and GHT Package

Hi Team,

Are PCI2050BIZWT and PCI2050BGHK pin compatible?

According to the data sheet, these two devices are same pin count, 257. 

I was not able to find the other information about ZWT pin assignment.

    Hi,

    Please refer to this app note, www.ti.com/.../sllz077.pdf.

    The devices in the MicroStar BGATm packaging were redesigned using a laminate nfBGA package. The nfBGA package offers data sheet-equivalent electrical performance and data sheet-equivalent or better thermal performance. It provides the same X and Y dimensions as MicroStar BGA, and provides pin-to-pin and footprint compatibility.
