DP83869HM: RGMII Delay with Processor

Hi Team,

We are using DP83869HM  with NXP Processor, We are unsure on Processor side that RGMII Delay on TX/RX is supported or Not.

As we can see from the DP83869HM Datasheet Page.No: 74, ANA_RGMII_DLL_CTRL Register, It mentions there is a possibility of adding delay on both TX and RX.

So, Our question is,

Should we add the Delay for TX and RX Clock in PCB Layout 

OR

Does the DP83869HM can take care setting the ANA_RGMII_DLL_CTRL register?

Please clarify.
