Hi team,

One of our customer's issues, could you please provide some troubleshooting suggestions?

The customer's solution is to pair 964 with 933, 4 lanes, output using CSI0 interface, and connect 2 cameras. Currently, the 0x4d of 964 is already locked, but 964 is currently unable to output..

The configuration is as follows

Also, if want to output RGB888 mode, how do you configure it?

Hi Amy,

Thanks for reaching out with this question. Do you know if the customer has tried to get the patgen working on the UB964? This is normally a good way to get started with testing the CSI-TX only.

Thanks for looking into. please find below feedback.

I have tried this before, but the clock signal and data signal output waveforms are the same.

Our hardware is not connected to the external crystal oscillator REFCLK. Is there any impact?

This is the register value I have currently read from 964:

0x4D is 0x03

0x4E is 0x04

0x5b is 0xb0

0x73 is 0x00

0x74 is 0x00

0x75 is 0x00

0x76 is 0x00

0x4f is 0x19

0x35 is 0x00

Hi Amy,

Thanks for following up, could you confirm that there is no reference clock supplied to the deserializer at all? If this is the case then that is almost certainly the root cause of your issue.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Here's what I've received from the customer:

Today, a 25M crystal oscillator was installed, but the data still hasn't been output. The register value is the same as before. Is there any other way to troubleshoot the problem?
