DP83822IF: can not receive data

Part Number: DP83822IF

dear

We have a project that can not receive data after the network card has been running for a period of time. The main controller is RK3288, and the PHY chip is DP83822IFRHBT, the problem is that the ifconfig RX bytes count is not increasing, and the network receives the exception, but it is able to send the network packet, and when receiving the exception, the ping other devices can use Wireshark to catch the PING ICMP packet on the network. Attached is our record of Network Normal and abnormal network PHY register value, I hope you help to analyze the network abnormal PHY register value is normal, whether the network card is caused by the PHY chip.

Attachment shows  about phy reg ,any advice?thanks in advance~

  • Hi Raymond,

Can you please clarify, does ping work correctly between multiple devices? If so, there is no issue. Packet transfer is happening correctly if ping is successful. What do you mean by "it is able to send the network packet". Please send any relevant screenshots.

    Thanks,

    David
