I'm designing an Ethernet circuit using the DP83848I and found your app note SNLA290.
I have two questions about the statement "Maximum equivalent series resistance: ≤ 50Ohm" in the SNLA290 summary.
[1] What is the reason for "≤ 50Ohm"? Crystal vendor validated the margin of Rneg with 100Ohm crystal. Is there any problem?
[2] Doesn't it dependent on the "Series resistor, Rs"?
