The datasheet of V62/03622-01XE does not indicate the maximum junction temperature of this part. Could you please help to provide this information?

I can not find the maximum junction temperature of V62/03622-01XE, but the recommended junction temperature will be 125C.

Assuming the device takes 150mA * 3.3V, the device power consumption number is 500mW. With package Theta JA around estimate of 40C/W. we are looking at 0.5*40 20C rise from the max Ta 110C, so we are already at 130C. So I propose the recommended junction temperature to be 125C.
