TUSB1210: DESIGN REVIEW AND CLOCK OSCILLATOR

Part Number: TUSB1210

Hi,

We are using TUSB1210BRHBR in our design for USB to ULPI interface, which is interfaced with FPGA. For REFCLK input, it is mentioned as to provide external clock source. The clock source requires 3.3V as per datasheet and we also need to provide provision from FPGA which is of 1.8V which is DNI with crystal oscillator highlighted yellow color in the design. Either the signal from FPGA or crystal oscillator fed to the REFCLK pin.  Do we need level translator for the FPGA clock signal which is 1.8V. And Kindly review the design also.

Thanks
