TCAN1043A-Q1: Difference between TCAN1043ATDMTRQ1 and TCAN1043ADRQ1

Would you mind helping me to identify the difference between TCAN1043ATDMTRQ1 and TCAN1043ADRQ1 except the speed?

It's an important info for us to design in.

    Imelda,

    There are two differences with the OPNs you noted. The leadless DMT package option ("-DMTRQ1") is different than the leaded D package option ("-DRQ1").

    Also, the "T" version has slightly different ESD characteristics. For most applications, we recommend the TCAN1043ADMTRQ1 instead of the TCAN1043ATDMTRQ1 unless there is a specific OEM requirement for the "T" version.
