TUSB8041: Application issues of chips

After the chip TUSB8041 was powered on, my crystal oscillator did not start. Then, I restarted the chip and found that the crystal oscillator was on. I want to know the order of enumeration and crystal oscillator start. Is it normal to start first or enumerate first? The other chips work first with crystal oscillators and then enumerate things, which feels the opposite here

    Hi, 

    Can you please share your schematic? When you say enumeration, I assume you are referring to USB enumeration? The oscillator should start before the enumeration. But if the hub goes into the low power state, the oscillator will be turned off as well.
