TCA6424A: Need datasheet or reference documents containing register map for TCA6424A

The register map is documented in section 8.6 "Register Maps" in the datasheet.

Clemens is correct! Register maps can be found on page 24. of the datasheet in "Table 8-4 Command Byte."

The descriptions for each register of the device are on the following pages after that table.
