TUSB8042A: Problem: USB 3.X hub is not connected in the port reset failed state, and 2.0 is connected successfully.

Dear tech consultant

We received the circuit diagram for the TUSB8041A chip from TI and also purchased the reference board (TUSB8041AEVM).

And with the same design as the TUSB8041AEVM, we installed the TUSB8042A chip on our PCB.

When connecting the board to the PC, the USB2.0 hub is connected successfully. (We checked in the Windows 10 Device Manager.)

However, the 3.x hub displays the message "port reset failed" and is not connected.

Of course, even if a 3.0 device is connected to the port, it is not connected to the PC.

What are the expected problems?
