TCA8418: Our device's behave after POR !!!

Hi team,

My customer designs this device, but They have one question.

They would like to know our devices' behave after POR condition without I2C access?

• What status of ROWx and COLx pins?
• Are they scanning automatically?
• Or are they just unknow condition?
• Or high impendence?
