TRS3122E: FORCEOFF# input structure

Part Number: TRS3122E

Hi

The TRS3122E datasheet states in absolute maximum rating section that FORCEOFF# may go from -0.3 to +6V, recommended is maximum VL.
What happens if both power supplies VL and VCC of the TRS3122E are down but there is a pullup resistor 1kOhm connected from FORCEOFF# to an active 1.8V supply?
Does this generate a current flow through a diode in the input structure to VL or VCC (GND when off)?
If yes, what is the maximum input current allowed indefinitely through this diode without generating any damage and what is the voltage drop through this diode?

Regards
Urban
