SN65DSI86EVM: Output Color Bar Pattern without DSI connection

I am using your SN65DSI86EVM and would like to output a color bar pattern to a DP Monitor (1920*1200) without a DSI connection.

Is this possible?


I used the Panal_Videoregister_Calc - Excelsheet to get the correct register settings and configure the EVM via I2C (Aardvark) as shown in the sample script of the EVM user manual.

The board detects the monitor connection, which is indicated in register 0xF5 bit 1, but the monitor indicates that no video signal is detected.

I can't see any activity on the DP signal lines with scope.

Can you give my an example script with all steps, which I need for my application?

    Can you please try this color bar example? Can you also make sure TEST2 pin is being pulled high on the EVM?
