The only 1-MHz I²C buffers are the TCA9617A/TCA9617B. They have different characteristics (no current source; voltage offset on the B side).

Hi Gareth,

As Clemen's pointed out the TCA9617B would be our recommendation for a 1MHZ I2C frequency supported buffer/re-driver.

For a level shifter, TCA9406, TCA9416, and PCA9306 all can support 1MHz frequency for level shifting needs but will not redrive the signal.
