SN65DPHY440SS: Bring up issue support for the re-timer

Hi All,

We have a FPC design which is of 6.5inch length for the camera since we are crossing the CSI-2 FPC cable length  max constrain  we used SN65DPHY440SS to retime the CSI-2 signal.

Attached the schematics for your review and reference.

Camera is not functional with this re-timer.

We have tried all the possible configuration using the pull-up/down resistors that  this chipset supports in hardware.

We need support on bringing this FPC cables working with the re-timer.

    Hi,

    Looking at the schematic, the DPHY440 RSTn already has an internal pull up resistor, you would just need an external pulldown capacitor.

    Can you probe both the input and the output of the DPHY440? Are you seeing MIPI data being successfully transitioned from the Low Power (LP) state to High Speed (HS) state?
