We spec VQFNs like RGE at 1 mm max. Typically the tolerance specified on package drawings across industry is +/- 0.1 mm.

"TUSB1002AIRGER _371MAC_ComponentDataSheet(forVendor)J-ver4.30.xlsm" states that the minimum electrode gap is 0.5mm, but we have been informed that it is incorrect.
What is the minimum conductor gap between the heat slug and the electrode ?
