Hi all, Good day.

P/N: SN65LBC179QDR

I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.
The customer is Panasonic.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SLLS173G - JANUARY 1994 - REVISED OCTOBER 2022.)

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The reason it shows up this way in the generated qualification summary is because the SN65LBC179Q / SN65LBC179 does not feature HBM/CDM ratings for ESD. The successor component is the THVD1551, which is the pin-to-pin component which offers integrated ESD and EFT protection, along with expanded supply range. If ESD is needed, I would recommend this newer component.
