Hi Kevin,
The 'H', 'G', and 'V' characters indicate higher bus fault protection, 5Mbps support, and internal voltage translation support respectively. Section 5 on the datasheet outlines the different options for feature combinations:
"D" vs "DRB" indicate the device package as SOIC or VSON respectfully. The presence or absence of 'R' denote if the device will ship in a tape and reel (large quantity only) or in a tube. This information is displayed in the ordering section on the store page:
Lastly, the "Q1" denotes that the device is automotive qualified to the AEC-Q100 standard for temperature and reliability. Read more about this at the link below:
