Customer is using TUSB2036 between CPU and USB memory connection.
An event that cannot write or read has occurred when connecting the CPU and USB memory.
The connection is often failing when opening the file.
Also, using a USB protocol analyzer, I checked the state between the USB hub IC and the USB memory.
As a result, we found that there are cases where NAK responses are not sent to IN and OUT tokens.
The connection with the USB memory is terminated by doing this multiple times (three times) in succession.
Do you know what is causing it?
Please let me know if there is anything I should check.
I also got the customer's circuit diagram.
