My customer use the DS110DF1610 and DS280DF810, they applied the SIGCON software to configure the register status.

Hi,

Please clarify if the customer needs the SigCon profiles for these devices, or configuration files to load a specific register set to the device.

If you are referring to a configuration file, more information about the application is needed (data rate, insertion loss, ...) before providing a configuration file to set the device with the recommended register settings.
