The difference of AM26C32INSR and AM26C32CNS

I compared their datasheet and they look like the same totally.

"C" and "I" indicate the temperature range: commercial: 0 °C … 70 °C; industrial: −40 °C … 85 °C.

The "R" suffix indicates a large reel, which makes no difference for the chip itself.

Hi Jo,

The only differences are

Clemens is correct - "I" and "C" are temperature ranges - with "I" (industrial) being the device with a larger temperature range.

"R" is just that the part comes in a reel compared to cut-tape that the non "R" version comes in.

Besides that they are basically the same.
