We are using TPD4E02B04QDQARQ1 for our high speed design and we want use it as pass through connection.
Does it mean internally 1 and 10 are shorted for example. Please, let us know how the internal structure is.

The 'NC' pins are not connected internally. To route your traces as straight as possible, you can run your trace through the NC pin. Having straight traces is a large care-about for high-speed differential signaling.
