Hi Far,

We do post this information on the datasheet as it is not needed for the customer to design their PCB. We share the size of the ball but not the pad underneath the ball since the ball size is the information that is needed to design a PCB footprint.

Is there a specific reason why you are wanting to know the size of the pad?
