SN65C1168E: Input impedance value and parasitic capacitance value for reciever input

Hello

I am designing circuit of UART interface circuit.
I will use SN65C1168E for that circuit.

I am considering additional protection circuit for reciever input of SN65C1168E.
I would like to confirm input impedance value and parasitic capacitance value for reciever input of SN65C1168E.

The input resistance is specified as r_I in section 6.6.

The input capacitance is not specified because it is insignificant next to the capacitance of the cable.

Hi MESH,

Input resistance is minimum of 4K - but typically 17K

We don't spec parasitic capacitance because, as Clemens mentioned, it is insignificant in comparison to cabling common in RS-422 based applications (this part is RS-422 transceiver)
