Background for this failure mode is that for rear view camera display use case, there is safety goal to avoid delayed output from the host unit (cockpit controller) then we need to analysis that if the element on the safety path will have corresponding failure modes can violate the safety goal, then the question will come to Ser, that if Ser's failure modes can violate this safety goal? 

Hope this can bring a clear picture, and therefore you can have an analysis that whether is possible to cause the output video delayed or not.
