Hello,
I have a few questions related to backwards compatibility:
1. Is the revision F of this IC fully backwards compatible with the A & B revisions? If it isn't what are the areas that differ?
2. Can different revisions of this chip exist on the same 1394 bus without ill effects? (Example; a Rev A communicating with a Rev F)
