SN65DP159: TMDS_CLOCK_RATIO_STATUS issue

Part Number: SN65DP159

Hi team,

Customer found an issue that after configure TMDS_CLOCK_RATIO_STATUS to 1, it will occasionally change to 0, which cause the HDMI can't output normally.

1) Does the configuration of TMDS_CLOCK_RATIO_STATUS  affect the normal HDMI output, and what is its specific meaning?
2) Under what scenarios will the value of TMDS_CLOCK_RATIO_STATUS change? (The reset of IIC and HDP is mentioned in the datasheet, please provide the specific scene)
3) If I want to solidify the value of TMDS_CLOCK_RATIO_STATUS to 1, what should I do?

Thanks!

Can you please share the schematic? The TMDS_CLK_RATIO_STATUS should be set automatically to 1 when source want to change from HDMI1.4 to 2.0, and will be set to 0 when changing from HDMI2.0 to HDMI1.4. This bit must be set correctly in order for HDMI1.4 or 2.0 to work correctly.

    Thanks
