Hi,

Any document or parameters related to the DSI connector for our DS90UB941?

As many engineer do not have DSI source, they will buy adapter to transfer the source from HDMI to DSI.

But the adapter with below connector, we want to know whether this will influence the source signal and does our DS90UB941 have any requirements for the connector?

What exactly are you looking for? Are just asking if that cable is okay to use? Because those are essentially just regular wire connectors.

The connector requirements for our DS90UB941. Do we have such requirements?

As you can see the adapter DSI connector show in the picture is not standard DSI connector in real application.

I just want to confirm with you whether such connect have any influence for DSI communication due to insertion loss and so on.

Since MIPI DSI is its own standard/specification, we do not have an additional, standalone specification in terms of RL/IL/TDR, etc. Instead we direct customers to the MIPI DPHY CTS and specification documents where it gives further datapoints on testing methodology, signal eye requirements, etc.

At a high level, this ribbon cables could work, but it is largely system and implementation specific as well (cable length, DSI rate/CLK speeds, etc).
