Can you please tell me what the maximum output current is on the receiver single-ended output (R) pins is? Also, what is the output impedance of those pins? I'd like to impedance match the output network to maximize signal integrity.

The output impedance will depend on the VOH or VOL of the device. ROUT can be found using the equation below:
For VOH, ROUT = (VCC - VOH) / IOH = (3.0 V - 2.4 V) / 8 mA = 75 Ω
For VOL, ROUT = VOL / IOL = 0.4 V / 8 mA = 50 Ω

Maximum output current is not specified on the datasheet. The 8 mA current comes from the test conditions of VOL and VOH.
However, we are able to find the output impedance of the device by using the equation above.

Like I said above, we don't spec max output current on this device. A good estimate for max output impedance is 75 Ω.
