Apologize for the late response since E2E was offline. 

However, please confirm if you have already used this in your design and you are seeing a functionality issue. Also, can you please confirm a working device shows the same x-ray?

Not used yet, they just find the defect from the X-ray image. The below photo is from the good part.

They would to know:

1.cause of defect

2. Does such defect affect the function

Hi Annie,

Suggestion is to first use this part on a test board or evaluation board. This may not affect functional since this seems to be more on the molding compound used versus actual bond wire. Once this is done, please let us know and if needed we can take the next step.
