Hi sir:
We encountered some issues in our own design PCIe card which is a dual chip design.
We can detect both DS160PT801 and read/write EEPROM normally when using TI Sigcon GUI.
When we check the device status on our PCBA , the channel status stay in "RESET"; but when we replace it to the TI EVM status, the channel status became "WAIT SIGDET".
We've already checked the voltage level, clock source and reset signal are all correct on our PCBA, also we adjisuted all the HW strapping pins the same as TI EVM, but the issues were still happened.
Do you have any idea of the issue? are there any power sequence or reset timing requirement?
Please let me know if you have any idea of this issue.
