Do you mean TL0641 or TL064I? See ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=TL064I.

The TL064 product page has a PSpice model. (LTSpice is not made by TI.)

Hello Surya,

I have looked around online and could not find a TL0641. But as Clemens mentioned, the TL064 spice model is on the product page under the design and development tab.

As Clemens mentioned, this will be a model designed for PSpice, and may not work correctly in LTspice, you may have to make some modifications to the netlist to make it compatible.
