1. If RX_DET is disabled, will the redriver work for both the TX and RX signal flow attached, Root Complex is PCIe compliant.

Hi Nachiketh,

Yes maximum current of 600mA is good.

You can disable RX_DET. Please note there could be interoperability issue between root complex and the end point - this depends on these two entities. In PCIe specification, root complex and the end point expect RX_DET to be enabled. Additionally there is PERST# signal for synchronization purpose. I am not sure how you are planning to bring this signal across fiber connection.
