    Hi Nihil,

    I believe RΘJA is already present in the datasheet. 

    The RΘ(JB) and RΘJC values have not been tested for this device. I don't think systems will be able to test these parameters in a quick turn-around, nor do I think we would budget resources to testing these values. 

    My suggestion is to switch to newer silicon and replace PCA9545A with TCA9545A.
