Hi team : 

my customer is sourcing  dual RMII phy, so i think the DP83849I is good to use.

when we check the spec , there are some question we confused:

 1/ Can both RMII be configured as RMII master mode?

2/ The value of the address PHYAD[4:1] is either odd or even, but portA requires an even number, and portB requires an odd number. How to meet this requirement?

    Hi Allen,

    Yes, both ports can be used as RMII master mode and 50Mhz supplied to MAC using the CLK2MAC pin.

    The 4 address strap pins provide the upper four bits of the PHY address. The lowest bit of the PHY address is dependent on the port. Port A has a value of 0 for the PHY address bit 0 while port B has a value of 1. The PHY address strap input pins are shown in Table 5-13.
