Base on your tip, I think for implement the SN75160B though strong transceivers. It may needs at least 3 units and extra logic circuit.

Correct. (The '245 devices have only a single direction control input.)

Just as a note - as noted in Clemens thread that he mentioned we are no longer supporting GPIB - so 100% compliance may not be possible but workable in many situations.
