Do you have data on the load current vs. output voltage characteristics of the differential output voltage (VOD)?
This is a very old device, so it is unlikely that there would be information that is not already in the datasheet.
The SN75ALS174 is designed to drive an RS-422 or RS-485 bus, where the total resistance is specified to be 100 Ω or 54 Ω, and the required output is at least 1.5 V. Do you have a different load?
Hi Takashi,
Clemens is correct - this device is old and the data we have is in the datasheet. So we don't have the VOD v. output load current. Clemens is correct that there is a minimum VOD across the loads specified (54 ohms for 485 and 100 ohms for 422). Do you have a different loading condition?
Best,
