DS64BR111: Looking for SLVS-EC redriver (2.3Gbps / 1Lane) solution

Dear team,

Customer is looking for redriver solution for SLVS-EC(2.3Gbps) 1 lane application.

And i find an E2E post and mentioned about DS64BR111, but cannot find more detail.

Could you help to check if DS64BR111 can be design in SLVS-EC application?

Hi Ben,

SLVS spec is mainly coming from Sony. We've had customers modeling DS64BR111 for this application. Suggestion is for customer do signal integrity analyses using DS64BR111.

Another question, we found out that DS64BR111's VOD had over SLVS-EC Rx spec. Can you help to check on this? Or we have other suggestion?

Hi Len,

I checked and another customer used the same part for for this application. It is possible this customer used a 6dB passive pad. These are readily available online or these can be designed onboard. Please check online and you should be able to find these 6dB passive pads.
