Hi team,

I have a question from customer for TCAN1146-Q1 sleep current:

We have a short question regarding the TCAN1146DYYRQ1 INH pin.
Can you please let us know, what is the min. and max. leakage current during sleep mode?
Such as below for the TCAN1043A, the leakage current is mentioned, but unfortunately we could not find it for the TCAN1146DYY.

Hi Muwei,

We do not test this parameter for TCAN1146, but with a larger pull-down value on the pin, the equivalent estimate for leakage would be ~±0.2uA.

Is 2µA same for sourcing and sinking? Or for sourcing the leakage is expected lower?

Hi Muwei,

Because it is a pull-down, it is more likely to be a sink. I'm not sure why it is defined as ±, but this may be a property of the FET that I'm not familiar with.

Also I would like to correct myself. The leakage of the TCAN1146 should be less than that of the TCAN1043A. My calculations estimated leakage would be ~±0.2uA.
