SN65DSI84-Q1: FlatLink

Hello,

Cable length is ~50" between main board and and display. The protocol we have for display is MIPI-DSI and planning to use SN65DSI84-Q1 adapter.

Can we achieve uninterrupted communication over ~50" cable using SN65DSI84-Q1 ?

Hey Subodh,

I cant answer this question without knowing the loss of the cable at the speed you're driving the MIPI DSI data and the equalization capabilities at the sink side. Could you send this information to me?

Also are there any PCB traces in your system I should be aware of?
