eMMC tables and frequency response.

I am getting to know the eMMC standards for a design and captured a signal on an existing project running HS400.

Looking the Phison "Embedded Multimedia Card document for eMMC 5.1 under 6.4.1 Device Interface Timings, I am confused and hope you can help me clarify what this table is showing.

It indicates that it is for High speed but so is the table in section 6.7 call Bus Timing Specification in HS400 Mode.

I have stirred myself blind on these two sections and simply do not understand. Can you please help me get past this? ;)

Also, I have attached project show the clock signal and one data line at HS400.

They both appear sinusoidal and I am thinking is my setup. My oscilloscope is a 2GHz WaveRunner 8208HD with a 1GHz active probe. This does bring the system BW to about 896MHz. I believe the BW has a sharp drop off also called a Flat response but I am certain and though consult with you.
