Dear E2E teams,

i have selected TMUXHS4412 as switcher in my project.

The input of TMUXHS4412 is from type-C, such as TX1/RX1/TX2/RX2.

my question is if i can use DxP of TMUXHS4412 to connect TxN of Type-C input for PCB layout , schematic as below, thank you in advance!

Hi,

The TMUXHS4412 can tolerate polarity inversions for all differential signals on Ports D, DA, and DB. In such flexible implementation one must ensure that the same polarity is maintained on Port D versus Ports DA/DB.

Since you are keeping the polarity the same between the input and the output, then I do not see an issue with this implementation.
