    THVD1500 (with slightly worse ESD protection).

    Hi Brian,

    So the THVD1510 is probably closest replacement - its pin to pin but has a few upgraded parameters - but it is a bit more expensive.

    The THVD1500 as Clemens mentioned would be the most cost effective replacement, but that does come at a cost of worse ESD protection (HVD82 has and IEC 61000-4-2 contact rating of +/-12kV compared to the THVD1500 which has a rating of +/-8kV - the THVD1510 has +/-18kV if you need the higher ESD protection)
