Hi Expert,

My customer is tend to replace tan1029A-q1 with TCAN2029A-q1

We saw the Bus Fault Tolerant, current on sleep and standby are different too.

  1. Is there any precautions that we need to aware?
  2. Because the replacement are all on SOP project, is there any test that we need to do in addition?

    If replacing TLIN1029A-Q1 with TLIN2029A-Q1, there should not be any additional concerns that are generated. The TLIN2029A-Q1 is an extended-range version of TLIN1029A-Q1 that is intended to be implemented in 24-volt systems or 12-volt systems, while the TLIN1029A-Q1 and the rest of the TLIN102xA-Q1 family are intended only for 12-volt applications. Otherwise, their operations are the same.
