TUSB2046B: PORT Not Detecting for Bus Powered Circuit

        you need to

1: add 1.5k PU on DP0

2: add 15k PD on all down stream ports

3: add 5v bus for all downstream ports.

Tried adding Pull Up to DP0, but still unable to detect USB Hub in device manager.

Okay we will try this but can you give me a list of primary reasons why it is not detecting, so that we can troubleshoot?

The crystal is working.

    The error just showed  USB2 FS enumeration failed. 

    First we need to fixed the error in schematic, can you remove all these PD resistors.

    Since it's USBC port, Do you have CC controller or just USBC port without CC controller.

   Are there 5v On Vbus?

  It's also help to take waveform on DP0/DM0

Yes It got solved.
The 22pF capacitors did the work. Thanks a lot for the solution.
