Dear TI support team

      Customer projects use CAN transceiver chip for TCAN1145DMTRQ, need to apply for Spice parameter model to do EMC simulation. The S-parameter model is a four-port network. The schematic diagram is as follows. Please help provide it, thank you.

    Hi Rain,

    I'm not aware of a spice model for this device. I have assigned to ticket to one of our CAN engineers to see if they can provide comment on if we have a spice model.

    Rain,

    The only CAN transceiver SPICE model we have is for the TCAN1042-Q1, which wouldn't be an accurate depiction of the TCAN1145-Q1. We are currently in process of developing SPICE models for more of our portfolio, but don't have an accurate timeline because of the learning curve for the Applications team.
