Hello Nikolas,
Our customer observed lock loss during they are changing register at 929.
But there are modifying a lot of register so it it hard to figure out what register cause this problem.
Therefore, I'm asking about what register may cause lock loss by those register update.
Best regards,
Kazuki Kuramochi
Hello,
What registers in particular are they modifying?
To clarify, they successfully achieved lock before changing registers, correct? And the loss of lock is only observed specifically once registers are updated?
Best,
Nikolas
Hello Nikolas,
I'm confirming them about what registers were updated.
Also, they locked correctly before updating register and observed lock loss at when they updated register as far as I heard.
Is there possibility that register update at 929 side cause lock?
I'd like to confirm about this point to make sure about whether their observed phenomena is our expected behavior or it may be something wrong.
Best regards,
Kazuki Kuramochi
Hi Kazuki,
It certainly is possible that updating registers could lead to lock loss. The situation can be debugged further once you hear back from the customer about what registers in particular were updated.
Best,
Nikolas
