HD3SS3212: What are the boundaries of the s-parameter model posted to the web site?

I've found the s-parameter model on ti.com for HD3SS3212RKS. I need to know what structures the model includes. For example, is the device package and lead included? Is any board structure (pad, trace or via) included as well?

Hi,

The s-parameter includes the entire HD3SS3212 including package, lead, etc, but de-embed the board trace, pad, etc.
