TLK1211: BSDL file for the TLK1211

The TLK1211 provides a JTAG interface, whose purpose is to provide boundary scan capability for the part. To utilize this interface the vendor should provide a BSDL or ".bsd" file for the part. What other purpose would the JTAG interface provide for a SERDES formatter ?      Please consult with TI's engineering division for the existence of this file.    THX

I am part of TI's engineering division.  I have tried looking for this file, but unfortunately as far as I can tell, there is no file available for this device.

Additionally, the following E2E thread also states that there is no BSDL file that TI can provide.

If such a file does not currently exist, can one be created by TI ?  If not, can the th requisite information be provided for a company like JTAG Technology to create the BSDL file.  A board design has been created that assumed boundary scan could be used for the TLK1211 to meet the error detection requirements of Raytheon's contract for a module in the data/signal processing unit of the RADAR for the Air Force F-15 aircraft.  Since TI was one of the charter members of the JTAG consortium, maybe there is group within TI dedicated specifically dedicated to JTAG implementations . The assumption is that the TLK1211 possesses boundary cells and JTAG controller internal to the part ?     THX
